doggy snow day

since the playground was a little too fluffy, white, and cold for eddie's taste, his best friend lola came over to play. she's the black and white dog you'll see scooting around in the video. eddie, as you know, is the black one. and don't worry, this is not a dog fight. this is what it looks like when dogs play.

more stuff about dogs

when i adopted my dog, i couldn't believe how long i'd lived without being a dog owner. now that i have one, i'm ready for my 2nd. eddie is a little picky, so it's got to be the right match. i'm thinking a girl dog, smaller or the same size as he is, and slightly less dominant in personality. i met a dog at the shelter today named reuben. he's a baby pitt bull whose owner burned his feet with acid, and he had to have his toes removed. now he's healing and learning to walk without toes. if he were a girl, i think he might be a perfect fit for eddie. i'll have to keep looking.

i always love february break. it sneaks right up on me, unlike christmas break, where the countdown is on from thanksgiving until that last week in december.

so far i've been doing some work on the yearbook, eating cake, and cooking things like burritos and risotto, vegetarian of course.

i was up in sunset park earlier today with some friends who have fancy cameras and like taking pictures. we tried to catch the sunset but were too late. there were some nice dogs. i thought i might bump into some students but didn't.

what should we work on in tech when we're back to school? i promised we'd do some stuff with videos, and then i want to work on knols. if you don't know what a knol is, you can read about them here: http://knol.google.com/k.

i hope everyone is having a good break, and i hope everyone is blogging like crazy. and i hope nobody is sharing personal information like names, addresses, contact info, and that kind of stuff.
